I have recently completed the manuscript for 'Orion and the Sword of Kings' and finished it off at around 350 pages. It isn't the longest book in history, but it does capture a lot when it comes to the plot. The only thing left to do now is editing it and that could take a few months.
Book 2 currently entitled 'Orion and the Amulet of Tereis' is the second book in the series, I started writing today and I have currently got 55 pages done. I have to say, it is darker than the first.

That's where I saw that you were writing this novel, so I looked it up online and found this blog. I am very excited to read this book as soon as it's available. Looking forward to reading the whole series. I'll be there day one :)

ReplyDeleteEditing does take a long time, but its worth it in the end. With the book I'm currently writing, it started as editing, but now it turned into a complete re-write and its turning out even better than it was before. Take your time. Even though I know that can be hard when you're so ambitious to get something out there >.<
